Requesting a refund
To request a refund, simply contact us within 24 hours of your product being delivered and provide your purchase details, such as your email and any other relevant information. Once we receive your refund request, we will process it promptly, and you will be notified when the refund has been issued.
Our goal is to always give you the best product, we want you to be happy with your purchase, however, with the items being hand decorated/made, we understand there can be errors. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we use it to continuously improve and refine our products and services.
